50 Caliber Sniper Rifle

IS THE BEST OF ALL GUNS!! I have fakken in love with its 30 shots total and 10bullet clip. It doesnt show ur a noob sniper to use an automatic gun, It only proves you are high ranked and are fully skilled with all other sniper rifles. True they are nice at reloading, but the 50 cal shows extreme strength and over all wins the game, with an acog(i dont kow how it is, working on getting it though)

couldn't agee more. love the 1 shot kill. but now that i have prestiged i lost it

I dont really like it that much..its not too bad though

M40A3 is the best sniper, but the Barret with acog kick ass. I use the M40A3 with reg scope though...Kicks but.

I liike the r700 over that. But thats definitenly 3 rd gun to use

Not much of a sniper but I did try out the 50 Caliber on WetWorks and I love it! It kicks total arse in TDM!

Chino and I had a sniper battle, Me with my Trusty M40A3 with an Acog and Digital Camo (I dont like the look of blue Tiger) and Chino used the .50 Cal with reg scope.

I beat him lol, I only had to knife kills where he had some pistol and Nade kills (approx. 3/4 of his kills came from that combo)

I won 30-15 First game me hosting

I won 30-21 Second game him hosting

Goes to show that Bolts Still win when Im holding one


*Granted the Barret is a great gun, Single shot even with TDM, But I would trade the high Fire rate for the accuracy of the R700 anyday*

As yak would know.... SEING AS I 360 NO SCOPED HIM
But now my wii has broke
i have acog on every sniper except the Drag
I unlocked them in this order:
M21
M40A3
Barret
R700

I honestly think the 360 move is stupid. Yes it takes skill to do it, but it isn't needed in a match. nothing against you dark that shot was pretty sweet, but for me I never do it because all it is for me, is just an ego move (Ego Move - A move that only a few people can do, so therefore they think they are better than everybody)

on MW2 i have over about 2000 kills with it and approximately 675 HeadShots with it

I was playing modern warfare 2 at my friends yesterday. My 3 favorite classes are

1) ACR Silenced G18 silenced Scavenger Pro Stopping Power Pro Ninja Pro.

2)Knife only class =P Tactical knife on the M9 with marathon pro lightweight/cold blooded pro and ninja pro. (Naught Word: Sexual Verb Commando)


3) Barret w/ FMJ Rafficas w/ akimbo Sleight of Hand Pro Stopping Power Pro and Ninja Pro.

The intervention is absolutely horrible in mw2.

Lol i was going for montage clips and really wanted a 360 so i was practising that game

I like the m40 without acog on xbox because it is really fun to quick scope but on wii it is basically impossible to quick scope someone without acog on your sniper.

Oh ya the R700 is great! I love it. I'm trying to finish my Skorpian attachment achievments before I start going for the ACOG on the R700. I've already got 64 kills on it anyways, so should only take a couple of games on my good days.

Only because we had a sniper battle(Not good at) doesn't mean your still better than me.

The 50. cal with Acog is a BEAST!! i unlocked it yesterday it it freakin kicks ass!

with deep impact and steady aim you can use it like an assault rifle almost (almost being the appropriate word), mainly cos i managed to no scope ppl from a fair distance away.

the 50 is quite quickly becoming my favourite sniping tool

The word "sniper" has been tarnished by the rise of Semi-auto "rifles"

WHERE IS THE SPIRIT OF ONE SHOT! ONE KILL! WHERE?!!!!!

The intervention is very horrible which is why a lot of people who used the M40 in cod4 are turning to the barret because it is a way better gun in modern warfare 2.

I love the intervention, dunno why people hate it...maybe cuz they suck at sniping always never hit on the first shot...disgrace!

The Intervention and the .50 cal are about the same.
